What can I expect from KRY’s recruitment process?
At KRY we’re moving fast and we want to hire the best talent. In order to get to know you properly (and the other way around) we want you to meet several of your future colleagues, such as the hiring manager, a potential future teammate and - if you’re lucky - one of our office dogs. We often apply a practical case in the later stage of the recruitment process and we always take a minimum of two references as one of the final steps before giving an offer.
We always do a background check on our final candidates before the hiring process is finished. For our medical roles we follow SRS check ups to guarantee qualified and licensed doctors.
