About the job
We’re looking for a Business Controller to join our Business Control team, focusing on our operations in Sweden.
This is a role with strong growth potential, where you will support decision-making by driving the closing process, budgeting, business cases, and operational follow-up. You will quickly take ownership of key financial processes and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-level management to clinic managers, requiring excellent communication skills, sharp analytical ability, and a hands-on approach.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the monthly closing process for a dedicated business segment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive the budget process on a unit-by-unit level, consolidating results into a clear overall picture.
- Provide operational and financial analysis, supporting both top management and local clinic managers.
- Prepare business cases to support strategic and operational decisions, including greenfield and M&A expansion.
- Lead and support automation of financial processes, as well as initiatives to improve efficiency in operational processes together with managers.
- Act as a trusted partner to the business by providing clear, actionable insights.
Who You Are
You are a structured and analytical controller with a proactive mindset. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and thrive when balancing detail-oriented financial work with broader operational problem-solving.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience from a controlling or analytical finance role, preferably within a complex, operational organisation.
- University degree in finance, business, economics or similar is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt between executive-level and operational staff.
- A growth mindset and readiness to take on new challenges as the role develops.
- Fluency in Swedish (required) and professional proficiency in English.
It’s also an advantage if you:
- Have experience from healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Have experience from fast-moving businesses and welcome change.
- Have experience from NetSuite and Anaplan.
