About the job
As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a proactive and service-minded IT Service Desk Engineer to join our global Service Desk team based at our Stockholm headquarters. You'll be supporting end users across all markets, both remotely and on-site, in our corporate offices and clinician environments. This role involves a healthy mix of hands-on technical support, project participation, process improvement, and documentation.
Our end users primarily work on Windows and iOS devices, though you’ll occasionally support macOS and Android environments as well.
You’ll also take part in planned initiatives such as opening new clinics, relocating offices, and refining our internal IT policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for our Stockholm HQ, clinics, and global teams via our ticketing system (Zendesk) and over the phone.
- Plan and participate in IT aspects of new clinic setups, office relocations, and refurbishments.
- Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies; collaborate across IT to automate and improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/software issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, SaaS apps, AV/meeting room tech, printers, and more.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft-centric SaaS tools, including Entra, Intune, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Share knowledge with your team and contribute ideas to enhance our Service Desk operations.
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation: onboarding guides, internal processes, policies, and self-help resources.
- Travel within Sweden to support IT needs at office and clinic locations as required.
Location & Flexibility
- Primary location: Stockholm HQ
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week
- Travel: Occasional visits to local clinics within Sweden as needed
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone eager to contribute and grow. You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll be off to a great start if you have:
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong 1st and 2nd line IT support experience, ideally in modern environments.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and systems, especially Microsoft systems such as Office 365, Entra, Teams, on both Mac and Windows platforms.
- Exposure to IT security and compliance best practices is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset. You’re comfortable working independently and in diverse teams.
- A passion for great service, a problem-solving attitude, and a genuine interest in tech.
- The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure and manage your time well.
