Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply?
Look at our list of jobs or browse jobs by a location of your choosing. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, simply hit the button “Apply for this job”. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

There was a position I was planning to apply for, but I can’t see it now. Can I still apply?
Most likely this position has been filled and we’re no longer taking applications, but we’re posting new roles all the time. You can always apply under our “Spontaneous application“ and mention the role which you had planned to apply for.

What documents should I include with my application?
In order for us to get to know you, we need your CV and cover letter. If the ad is in English, please send us all documents in English.

Can I send you my application via e-mail?
We don’t handle CVs and cover letters received via email. Please submit your application using the form on our careers site, or via the website where you the advert posted. This way we can ensure that your application is read by the right person and avoid unnecessary delays. We’ll also have your profile stored in our candidate database for future openings.

You will always receive an automatic reply saying that we’ve got your application.

Is it OK to apply to several different positions?
Yes, as long as your profile is relevant for the position. We recommend changing your cover letter and CV depending on the role you're applying for.

I’ve just applied for a job, when do I hear from you?
We look through applications continuously and you will get an automatic email reply that says we will get back to you within three weeks if your profile matches what we're looking for. If you’re wondering what’s going on, please feel free to send us an email on jobs@kry.se.

After the first interview at KRY we will get back to you within two weeks. 

Do you help with relocation?
This depends on the role. If you need to relocate, please let us know as early as possible so that we can discuss the best possible solution.  

Do I need to speak the local language to work at KRY HQ?
For medical positions you might need to be proficient in the local language. Any language requirements will be clearly described in the ad. For positions within commercial, marketing, tech and product teams English is generally our main language.

What can I expect from KRY’s recruitment process?
At KRY we’re moving fast and we want to hire the best talent. In order to get to know you properly (and the other way around) we want you to meet several of your future colleagues, such as the hiring manager, a potential future teammate and - if you’re lucky - one of our office dogs. We often apply a practical case in the later stage of the recruitment process since we believe this is a great way to evaluate competencies. In the end of our recruitment process we always do a background check via SRS and we always take a minimum of two references as one of the final steps before giving an offer.
