Distributed Way of Working
Work where working makes sense to you

Ever since we started, our patients have accessed healthcare anywhere, allowing our healthcare professionals to work remotely. We’re thrilled to announce that remote working is a permanent option for the majority of non-healthcare employees. We are calling it DWOW, or Distributed Way of Working.
By empowering and trusting our people, we can offer a workplace that is best suited for each person’s individual situation. You can choose to have one of our beautiful offices or your home as your primary base, allowing you to work where it works best for you. We will continue to offer dynamic places to work while investing in tools and technology to empower our employees, wherever they are. In the end it’s the impact you make that matters, not where you work.
We are constantly expanding our international reach and on top of having a flexible working from abroad policy, we are currently offering the possibilities for for employment in Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Norway and Romania, with more to come.

This policy is for all of our non-clinician positions, and the majority of roles are included. That being said, there are a few roles where being in the office either full-time or part-time makes a lot of sense. We also have roles which are required to be fully office-based for legal reasons, such as some medical administration roles and Office support roles. If this is applicable for a role, it will be mentioned in the job ad.

The main focus of DWOW is offering our employees the ability to work from anywhere within the country that they are employed. For example, If you are hired into our UK company, you can sit by the cliffs of Dover or in a cabin just outside Andover. We don’t really care where you choose to work from as long as it is appropriate for your role, and as long as you can perform your work in a way that’s safe and secure. Patient safety and data security will always be our number one priority.

Nope! The benefits and compensation levels will remain the same no matter where you choose to work.

Flexible remote means that you can choose if you would like to work remote or in an office. If you choose to be based at one of our offices, we make plans under the assumption that you will be at the office for the most part. If your role allows you are still free to work from home from time to time.

All of our employees, both distributed and office-based, are provided with the technical equipment that they need to perform their work effectively. This includes laptop, phone, screen, mouse and keyboard (and specialist equipment when needed). We will also make sure all employees working from their home office have a great working environment in terms of ergonomics.
-
Definitely not! We are putting a lot of focus on ensuring that our ways of working are inclusive and workable for everyone.
