Flexible Public Holidays

We all celebrate different things in life and this is also true for holidays. We're happy to say that we have a flexible public holiday policy which gives you as an employee the ability to switch a public holiday for another day off that is more in line with who you are and what you think is important.

Fast growing companies need fast growing people and great leaders. This is why we are keen to heavily invest in our leaders ability and growth. When you are hired or promoted into a manager role at Kry we will make sure you have the right tools to build and manage your team of individuals in the right way. Apart from leadership onboarding and leadership training we now offer a 6 month coaching program. During the program you will focus on improving exactly the qualities that you consider to be most relevant to your growth as a manager.

Stay calm and clear

We want to provide tools for our people to re-charge their batteries, which is why we have meditation- and yoga classes every week.


Yearning for learning? Kry's got talent, which is why we once or twice a month get together and learn more about a specific subject. We want our co-workers to educate us on what they do best. We believe that learning from each other can foster not just cognitive development, but community connections as well.
