Systems Trainer


LIVI / KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We're on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

We are now looking to hire a Clinical Systems Trainer who will be a key part of our amazing UK team, reporting to the Resource Planning Manager.

What you'll be doing

  • You will work as a vital point of contact for the doctors working at LIVI, training them on internal and external systems and keeping them updated on our evolving processes
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the our doctors are trained to efficiently to deliver an outstanding quality of care to our patients; as LIVI always puts the patient first
  • Maintain our learning management systems to provide ongoing support and training to our doctors

Who you are

  • A few years of experience from a service oriented role, preferably with focus on customer experience and training experience
  • Service minded and great at building relationships
  • Flexible in your way of working and enjoys a fast paced environment
  • Patient, listens actively and communicates effectively
  • Happy to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Stimulated by working with digital tools and administration
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work
  • Ideally with knowledge of medical record systems or previous healthcare sector experience

You work with a high level of structure and have a good ability to work on your own, whilst always striving to provide good quality service. You're passionate about working with people and thrive in a fast-changing work environment. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, has a high personal integrity, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig in where ever needed, even if it is not directly within your work area.
