We’re looking for organised and hardworking people to join our growing Medical Operations team. You will work closely with our Medical Operations Managers, providing phone support to both our GPs and Patients. The role is based in our fabulous office close to Aldgate East Station.
What you’ll do
Support GPs in their day-to-day work helping them whenever they need via phone or messaging.
Ensure our GPs have the best experience working with LIVI
Keep the appointment schedule running like clockwork
Answer emails and calls from patients in an accurate and friendly manner
Quickly find resolutions to patient queries
Be the voice of the customer and feedback recurring problems to help make the patient experience first-class
Efficiently and accurately process all prescriptions, sick notes and referrals
Send out FP10s to all partner practices
Build relationships with our growing network of partner pharmacies
To problem solve and react in an agile fashion
Who you are:
Even if you haven't worked in healthcare before but have the passion, drive and willingness to learn new skills, we want to hear from you!
Passionate about providing a high level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills: proficient in English, both spoken and written
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong initiative and problem-solving capability
An interest in the healthcare sector is essential

When you’ll work
9 hour shifts either starting at 06:30 or at 13:30 - 4 days per week including some weekends.
