The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the delivery of best practice execution & integration across Paid Search (PPC) for our key markets and help to drive the development of best practice and profitability in this key growth business area.
The role requires someone with experience working across both PPC (Google) especially around Universal app campaigns and a proven record of delivering against both direct response - performance targets and brand targets.
This role would suit someone who can work with internal stakeholders, speak confidently about search ads and App campaigns (both Apple and Google search ads ).
Main responsibilities :
Proactively manage & develop search campaigns for our App. In-depth skills to create best strategies on the platform to enable target achievement
Identify opportunities to help improve profitability of our biddable campaigns across markets
Accurately forecast and determine budgets across integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Ensure the smooth running and consistent delivery of search and related online campaigns
Set up and manage PPC accounts across multiple search engines incl. Google & Bing.
Ensure all search activity conducted is being optimised effectively, utilising relevant search management, analytics and third-party tracking solutions
Management of tracking, analysis and insights for all campaigns - deliver weekly reports to markets and follow-up on optimisation
Weekly & Monthly internal and stakeholder reporting.
Monitor executive workload, ensuring it is organised in an effective and efficient way and that market needs are being met
Skills required :
Proven experience in managing large budgets / PPC campaigns - atleast 5+ years
Effective management and delivery of campaigns - on time and within budget
Very strong analytical capabilities, experience with tracking platforms would be desirable
Managing multiple campaigns concurrently on a daily basis & forming plans for future campaigns
Integrating digital media touchpoints with wider campaigns
Responsible for best-practice development of biddable media campaigns
Build and develop strong positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders
Work closely with the Performance Director to develop the Paid Search proposition across the organisation. Mentor junior team members (best practice, stakeholder management, presentation skills)
Ensure internal processes are effective and adhered to with error limitation
