Position: Medical Operations Support

Salary: £21,000 p.a. pro rata

Division: Medical Operations

Location: Aldgate East, London, UK

Reporting to: Medical Operations Team Lead

We’re looking for organised and hardworking people to join our growing Medical Operations team in the UK team. You will work closely with our Medical Operations Managers, providing hands-on support to help scale our operations as we develop and scale a variety of innovative business models to provide digital healthcare to patients across the UK. The work will be arranged in shift patterns on a 4 day off, 4 day working rotation. This role is designed to support the delivery of first-class service and care that LIVI provides for its patients. 

What you’ll do

GP Support

  • Support GPs in their day-to-day work helping them whenever they need
  • Ensure our GPs have the best experience working with LIVI
  • Keep the appointment schedule running like clockwork
  • Ensure that we have enough GPs on hand to fulfil patient demand

Patient Support

  • Answer emails and calls from patients in an accurate and friendly manner
  • Quickly find resolutions to patient queries 
  • Be the voice of the customer and feedback recurring problems to help make the patient experience first-class

Practice Administration

  • Efficiently and accurately process all prescriptions, sick notes and referrals
  • Send out FP10s to all partner practices
  • Build relationships with our growing network of partner pharmacies
  • To problem solve and react in an agile fashion

Who you are

  • Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills: proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Highly-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capability
  • An interest in the healthcare sector is preferred

When you’ll work

You will work on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis.

There will be two shift patterns available

Shift pattern 1: Monday - Friday 06.30 - 14.30; Saturday & Sunday 07.30 - 15.30

 or

Shift pattern 2: Monday - Friday 14.00 - 22.00;  Saturday - Sunday 08.30 - 16.30
