We are looking for a smart and hands-on interim manager to replace our Medical Operations Manager during parental leave. You will steer a growing team and we offer interesting opportunities for your personal development as well as your career development during this assignment. Afterwards we plan to offer you a challenging role, e.g. in the Medical Operations team.
Your objective for the first year is to develop and optimize our healthcare operations during the early days of the business in Germany just after launch. This includes building and operating the healthcare service, overseeing the staffing of clinicians and managing patient support. You will do this as part of the German Management team in close collaboration with the Country Manager, Medical Director and Product manager locally and with strong support from the central team in Stockholm.

What you’ll do:
Secure strong financial performance and a sustainable business model in Germany, in close collaboration with the Country Manager
Build, manage and optimise recruiting and staffing of doctors as well as customer support to meet growth, quality and productivity targets
Oversee and develop quality assurance in recruitment, onboarding, admin and support processes for medical doctors in close collaboration with the Quality Team
Use analytical metrics to continuously find opportunities for process optimization in our operations and technical systems
Manage the Operations team across a set of KPIs, including medical quality, supply and demand matching, patient satisfaction and efficiency
Who you are:
You have a few years of relevant work experience, e.g. from an operations role in a medical/tech/growth/consulting company
Operational expertise with strong strategic thinking abilities, previous experience from healthcare or other customer-centric sectors is beneficial
Analytical mind and comfortable working with new technical environments and overcoming legal challenges to navigate our operations in the highly regulated German healthcare market
Excellent team player with proven administration and project management capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who is thriving in a fast-paced environment
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
You will be based in Berlin, occasional international travel required.
