Customer Relationship Manager

We’re growing quickly by partnering with GP practice groups across the UK. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who will be our key relationship manager with GP practices and responsible for driving adoption of LIVI and development of patient pathways for practices to refer patients to LIVI. 

What you’ll do: 

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with each of the individual practices in each region. The key objectives of the role will be to drive patient volume from practices to LIVI. This includes engaging with Practice Managers and senior practice staff to develop patient pathways for practices to refer patients to LIVI. 

You will be responsible for driving adoption of a suite of online tools for practices to make referrals as well as merchandising and brand positioning across the practice physical and digital estate. 

A major focus of the role will be managing the launching and adoption of LIVI in new areas, visiting each practice  to complete onboarding. Once onboarded you will maintain regular contact and ensure each practice has implementer referral pathways and positioned LIVI correctly across all patient touch-points. 

Who you are: 

·       Previous GP Practice/CCG/GP Federation admin experience? (highly desirable)

·       Experience with primary care clinical systems

·       Personable and approachable.

·       Willing to travel to and spend time in GP practices with GP staff

·       Can-do attitude

·       3+ years experience
