Partner Implementation Lead

LIVI is Europe’s leading digital healthcare company backed by top-tier investors including Accel and Index Ventures. Join us in our mission to build better and more accessible healthcare. We are using technology to digitise healthcare and provide a service that gives the patient the best possible healthcare experience, regardless of location. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re expanding internationally, with operations in the UK, France and Norway.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for exceptional individuals to help expand our business and network in the UK, where we are focussed on working in partnership with the NHS. In the role of Partner Implementation Lead you will play a role in ensuring that LIVI works with our partners to get the service up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You are passionate about patient care and always have them front of mind. You like to work at pace and think of solutions when obstacles arise. You are quickly able to understand what is and what is not important and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to prioritise the correct tasks. You challenge the status quo where you do not think it makes sense and are able to take people along the journey with you. Finally, you are a fantastic communicator and are comfortable building relationships with partners from the receptionist up to CEO level.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing LIVI in the UK and there will of course be many opportunities for your role to grow and develop as LIVI grows and develops in the UK.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for launching LIVI in new areas at pace while ensuring a fantastic patient experience and excellent clinical safety.
  • You will be the key contact for our Partners as we launch new services. It is vital to develop a fantastic relationship with our Partners so that they feel supported throughout the process. You will work closely with Account Managers to transfer the relationship once launched.
  • Design and deliver the implementation plan for each area.
  • Identify potential barriers early and develop practical solutions and workarounds.
  • Work with partners, external and internal stakeholders to implement solutions in a timely and efficient way.
  • You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of clinical, operations, commercial and marketing personnel to launch the service.
  • Rapidly prioritise tasks and align the team to solve problems in the right order.
  • Responsible for continuing to develop, document and scale our implementation playbook.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director.

Who you are:

  • Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is delivered in a patient-focused manner.
  • A fearless can-do attitude with a drive towards execution
  • Proactively take the lead to structure complex and interlinking projects. You proactively identify issues and look for solutions.
  • A great communicator. You can distil complex information into simple, structured points.
  • You build strong, personal relationships with people that strike the balance between friendly and professional.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You are continuously looking for ways to improve what you do.
  • Experience working in a project management role, especially in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in healthcare or related sectors would be a benefit. In particular, experience in or working with primary care providers.
  • You have 3+ years experience in a fast-paced industry.

What we can offer:

  • Chance to be part of an innovative startup
  • Free Breakfast and Healthy Snacks
  • Annual Wellness Benefit
  • Extra Pension Contribution
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
