What you’ll do
Work closely with both Clinical and Administrative arms of the MedOps team to ensure all ‘practice processes’ are adhered to and, where possible, improved upon.
Maintain clinical HR documentation (including up-to-date DBS certificates, GMC registration, training certificates and records of training, etc).
Manage the Complaints and Significant Events Process, including arranging and chairing learning event sessions, and ensuring minutes are documented appropriately.
Lead on internal Governance processes, to maintain the Risk Register and to present a regular Governance report to the Senior Management Team.
Organise and attend meetings with service partners, practices and pharmacies, ensuring strong brand advocacy and engagement
Working with our NHS Partnerships team to meet all key contractual requirements
Lead the Document Review process to ensure processes remain up to date.
Meet quality indicators and targets (including the Quality and Outcomes Framework, KPIs and other quality monitoring measures)
Ensure that LIVI complies with all GDPR requirements and maintains complaint Information Governance policies and behaviours.

What you'll bring
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within Primary Care; General Practice, CCG or Federation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great self-organisation and independent project management.
Strong persuasion skills and comfortable interacting with range of key stakeholders. A keen team player.
Drive and enthusiasm to find fast and creative solutions.
Joy of working in a fast-paced environment towards clear goals.
You are patient, can listen actively and communicate effectively.
Stimulated by working with digital tools and administration.
Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work.
