Operations - Recruiting & Account Manager

Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we’re expanding internationally, with local products already live in Sweden, UK, France and Norway.

Running up to a launch in Germany, we are looking for a witty, driven and entrepreneurial mind to help us gain traction in the German market. You will play a pivotal role in KRY becoming Germany’s leading digital healthcare provider and building up the Operations side of our business. This is a role for you who has excellent communication and persuasion skills, whilst also enjoying meeting new people and building trusting relationships.

Starting date: September 2019

What you’ll do

  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and become a core member of the German KRY Operations team with a perspective of leading a small team in the future
  • Be first point of contact for KRY-doctors and support them on a daily basis
  • Recruit and retain highly skilled and motivated doctors
  • Ensure shift-scheduling works smoothly while constantly improving processes
  • Build KPI framework to measure and monitor success
  • Design training package to develop doctors’ skills (with Medical Director)
  • Create positive and active community of KRY-doctors

What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years professional experience in a service-oriented role, e.g. Recruiting, Account Management, Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Great self-organisation and independent project management
  • Strong persuasion skills and comfort in interactions with senior counterparts
  • Drive and enthusiasm to find fast and creative solutions
  • Joy of working in a fast-paced environment towards clear goals
  • You are patient, can listen actively and communicate effectively
  • Stimulated by working with digital tools and administration
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector is a plus
