KRY is looking for someone who’s an expert in the social media sphere and wants to join our Marketing team in Stockholm as Social Media Specialist.
We want you to evaluate our performance in social media today and suggest a strategy on how to make it better - This will include setting our social media strategy as well as evaluating KPIs in line with our segment goals and overall marketing strategy. In this role you will build and manage KRY’s relationship and brand with our external stakeholders via content creation and community management on multiple social media platforms. Your work will also be interacting closely with colleagues responsible for PR, Communication and Creative Production; educating our audience in healthcare and building brand awareness. You will be part of the Swedish marketing team based in Stockholm and report directly into our Marketing Director.
What you’ll do:
Execute KRYs social media strategy through the creation, curation and promotion of compelling content across our SE social media channels
Make sure that we activate the best content at the right time on the ideal platforms i.e. ensuring all content across all platforms reflects the aims and values of the brand and adheres to the agreed tone of voice
Manage all creative development and production for the social media platforms
Work side by side with the Policy & Public Affairs team to ensure messaging is on-strategy and on-brand
Build audience, engage followers and generate traffic from social channels
Identify relevant trends, content and traffic opportunities
Test and optimise creative messaging, target audiences and placements
Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimise performance of existing social media platforms
Create and edit content, plan, administering and publish social content and our social channels
Who you are:
4-5 years of relevant work experience, a minimum of 2 years working as social media manager/specialist
Experience with working strategic as well as hands-on with B2C social marketing on Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
Track record from building presence and high awareness in social channels, preferably in a disruptive industry
Experience from working in cross functional teams
Great communications skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing
Creative and perceptive to new trends in the social media landscape
Excellent social skills - both across social media and face to face
Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with and inspiring cross-functional teams
Courageous and passionately determined to reach set goals
