We are now looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to join our German business team. You will be responsible for strategy, planning and execution of integrated brand partnerships and marketing campaigns. Working both strategically and operationally, your mission will be to strengthen the KRY brand to make it the preferred choice for German patients.
What you’ll do:
Build, plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, brand loyalty and revenue growth
Oversee the overall media plan, working alongside the Global Performance Marketing team, to identify new opportunities and evaluating performance
Own the end to end campaign management process within the German market
Partner with product marketing lead to define the best go-to-market strategy for new product/features with an holistic understanding of the patient journey
Secure actionable audience insights and develop profiling and segmentation to enable marketing efficiency and brand loyalty
Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams including Creative, Comms, Commercial and Product to ensure campaigns meet brand and business objectives
What you'll bring
A few years of relevant work experience in a B2C context
Marketing generalist with broad toolbox and deep expertise across key marketing disciplines; strong expertise in digital marketing a prerequisite
Proven track record of delivering revenue and growth, in particular through digital channels
Experience in planning and running brand and tactical campaigns from ideation and briefing to post-campaign evaluation, including always-on engagement strategies
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, well versed in quantitative and qualitative consumer and brand research
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns and tight deadlines
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in German and English
Excellent project management skills and proven track record of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with proven ability to both influence stakeholders with disparate opinions and integrate these views into aligned plans and executions
