Legal Corporate Assistant

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We are now looking for a Legal Corporate Assistant to enhance our vibrant Legal Team.

The KRY Legal function operates across a wide range of legal disciplines as well as jurisdictions. Legal plays a key role in KRY acting as a partner to all teams with a focus on international expansion, product development, and commercial projects. Beyond your administrative expertise, you should also be able to innovate, solve problems and proactively look for solutions in our challenging mission to revolutionize healthcare within Europe.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the KRY Legal Team to provide administrative support;
  • General administrative tasks in a very digital environment;
  • Preparing various corporate documents and coordinate correspondence with public authorities;
  • Filing and archiving corporate documents and agreements;
  • Assist with corporate governance matters throughout the group;
  • Prepare and proofread various documents such as agreements, memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations;
  • Coordinating the Legal team’s meetings and training.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience as Legal Corporate Assistant;
  • Very organised with strong administrative and time management skills;
  • High energy and drive, service minded;
  • Have an excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player who is able to work independently and take ownership of tasks; and
  • Able to support the development of the Legal team;
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, it is a great advantage if you speak an additional European language.

You will be a key member of the Legal Team and report to the Global Business Support Manager. You will be based in our office located in Stockholm together with 200 fun and ambitious colleagues, with a possibility to relocate later on.
