Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA)

We’re looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join KRY / LIVI and become a part of our Talent Acquisition team!

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

We’re looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join KRY / LIVI and become a part of our Talent Acquisition team! You will partner with stakeholders and hiring managers across our global organization to understand hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams. You will lead our fantastic TA team, work closely with the senior management in planning and executing on ambitious growth plans and you will work with great colleagues in re-shaping the future of healthcare.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach and mentor the global Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of being a Talent Partner
  • Proactively plan for and ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is staffed correctly and can respond fast to changes of direction in the business
  • Own Employer Branding strategy and execution
  • Partner with the team in ensuring the hiring process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
  • Contribute and support the VP People in strategic discussions around growth plans and geographical expansion
  • Continually develop the way TA is working to ensure the TA team is supporting and adding value to the business in the best possible way:
    • Ensure the TA team is staffed with the right resources and competencies
    • Partner, educate and help the business to plan their growth in a realistic way with the support of relevant data
    • Understand how the TA team can optimize time spent in different parts of the hiring process and/or in different focus areas to alter the output of the hiring efforts

What your experience should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Experience with building and developing a Talent Team at scale, with both people and budget responsibility and with proven track record of hiring with quality at scale
  • Multiple years experience of full life-cycle hiring experience in-house, preferably partly from a startup context
  • Experience  in developing Employer Brand strategy and execution in creative way with measurable impact
  • Experience of working in an international context, with strong knowledge of the global talent market across multiple different business areas
  • Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Broad experience hiring for different functions and levels (R&D, Finance, Marketing, Business Development etc.)
  • Demonstrable track record of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Excellent Project Management skills, able to drive projects with deadlines and hard metrics, manage stakeholders and lead to results exceeding expectations
  • Taken part of Talent Acquisition related projects within your current or previous employers is a plus

  • Have a strong motivation to think of scalability and the bigger picture for both short- and long term initiatives
  • Are fluent in English, oral and written, additional european language skills are a plus. Swedish is not a requirement.
