Executive Assistant to MD Sweden

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We are now looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director of Sweden during a fixed period of time to cover a parental leave. In order to thrive in this role you need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and project management skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the different teams and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Support in various daily tasks, such as calendar management, travel plans, meeting bookings, presentation support, etc.
  • Support in optimizing team efficiency through organizing meetings, agendas, ensuring deadlines, information sharing and internal communications, preparing presentations and events, and conference support
  • Preparing background documents and materials while maintaining confidentiality 

  • Manage invoices and expense approvals
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments and teams
  • Support HR with personnel related tasks: administration, culture, social etc.
  • As required and from time-to-time, support other senior managers with EA support and administration

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years relevant working experience - preferable from a fast-moving environment like a startup
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality 

  • Self motivated and proactive individual with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proven coordination and project management skills, always “one step ahead” and foreseeing problems and opportunities before they emerge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of the G-suite productivity tools, such as Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Able to form good relationships with people at all levels 

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast paced environment 

  • Sense of humor
