LIVI / KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.
We are now looking to hire an Account Manager who will be a key part of our amazing UK team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This is a role for you who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships, and is passionate about providing good service.
What you’ll be doing
You will work as the point of contact for the doctors working at LIVI, as well as working with recruitment of new doctors
You are a key person for the doctors in the service and therefore the main point of contact at LIVI for important people within the healthcare industry
The role includes ensuring that the patients needs can be covered by doctors working in the service at any given time
Build and retain a network of GPs - You will build professional close relationships with the doctors and ensure that the scheduling and other administration works smoothly
Educate and train new doctors within existing platform and external systems
Monitor your team of doctors KPIs, performance and overall satisfaction
Who you are
A few years of experience from a service oriented role, preferably with focus on customer experience
Experience in recruitment and managing stakeholders
Service minded and great at building relationships
Positive, solution oriented, and thrives to work towards clear goals
Flexible in your way of working and enjoys a fast paced environment
Patient, listens actively and communicates effectively
Happy to work collaboratively with colleagues
Stimulated by working with digital tools and administration
Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work
You work with a high level of structure and have a good ability to work on your own, whilst always striving to provide good quality service. You’re passionate about working with people and thrive in a fast-changing work environment. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, has a high personal integrity, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig in where ever needed, even if it is not directly within your work area.
