Talent Sourcer

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

Our Talent Team is continuously iterating and developing our recruitment process to create the best recruitment experience out there. Over the past two years, we've grown the company from 50 people to now being close to 300, but we're far away from done. Today, we're a team of six people containing both Talent Sourcers, Recruiters and Talent Partners. We work closely together supporting our managers on all markets and in all departments. In the role of Talent Sourcer you will join our Talent Team with the mission to attract and find the best people to join us. For us, talent acquisition is a priority, which is why we look for someone who has the desire to make an impact and grow with us. 

What you’ll do

  • Partner up with Recruiters and Talent Partners to form a consultative relationship with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs as well as attract and bring in top talent
  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn, Stackoverflow and other sourcing platforms to use research methods to source passive candidates.
  • Provide and ask for necessary feedback to fine-tune talent searches
  • Creating innovative and engaging job postings
  • CV screening and selection of candidates
  • Proactively build a pipeline of great people
  • Initiate phone screens with direct applicants, to summarise candidate’s capabilities, aspirations and drivers
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for all markets, with focus on our HQ in Stockholm
  • Reference check ups
  • Provide other administrative support to the TA team
  • Track data and follow up on your KPIs

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree within Human Resources or similar education
  • +1 year experience from staffing and recruiting
  • Skilled in sourcing top talent and continuously iterating on how to attract talent
  • Experienced from sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, ATS, forums etc
  • Curious and passionate; researching market trends with the ability to translate back to the business
  • Service minded; proactive and problem solving with a sense of structure 
  • Self-motivated and directed; hungry to add impact and build KRY with the best people
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking while maintaining a great quality of work
  • Confident working both independently and in a team 
  • Love taking responsibility and want to grow with KRY
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
