We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join KRY / LIVI and become a part of our Talent Acquisition team!  With your excellent interpersonal skills, you will partner with hiring managers across our organization to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our  teams. You will source, screen and interview candidates from all over Europe to find the best people to join us.

What you’ll do:

  • Overall act as project leader of recruitment processes from start to signed candidate
  • Design recruitment process for niche hires
  • Source candidates using effective candidate attraction strategies
  • Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
  • Execute screening calls, interviews and administer tests and cases for candidates
  • Ensure we provide a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
  • Provide excellent, timely support and consultation to the hiring teams
  • Constantly evaluate and iterate recruitment  process to improve results and candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Manage and provide recruitment training to hiring managers
  • Track all recruitment metrics, report on a monthly basis, evaluate and constantly search to improve metrics, hiring manager- and candidate experience

What your experience should look like: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience. Preferably, but not a must-have, experience from working within a startup company.
  • Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
  • Broad experience from recruiting all sorts of roles covering from finance, marketing, business development and tech in different job levels
  • Demonstrable track record of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Taken part of Talent Acquisition related projects within your current or previous employers is a plus
  • Experience from recruiting candidates in other European countries is a huge plus

  • Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box” in finding and attracting candidates
  • Loves a challenge and has a growth mindset
  • Social and enjoys networking with new people
  • Passionate about providing a great candidate experience
  • Likes to be in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, oral and written, additional european language skills are a plus. Swedish is not a requirement.
