We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter to join KRY and be part of our Talent Acquisition team! With your excellent interpersonal skills, you will partner with Engineering Managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our R&D teams. In this role, you will take part of the full recruitment life-cycle by developing sourcing strategies to provide KRY with an actively built pipeline and a pool of qualified candidates for present and future needs. You will source, screen and interview candidates from all over Europe to find the best people to join us.
What you’ll do:
Overall act as project leader of recruitment processes from start to signed candidate
Source candidates using effective candidate attraction strategies and use niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
Interview, test and assessment of candidates
Design recruitment process for niche hires
Ensure we provide a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
Provide excellent, timely support and consultation to the tech and product teams
Constantly evaluate and iterate recruitment process to improve results and candidate and hiring manager experience
Track all recruitment metrics, report on a monthly basis, evaluate and constantly search to improve metrics, hiring manager- and candidate experience
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 years experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably from a tech/product company. Preferably, but not a must-have, experience from working within a startup company.
Demonstrable track record of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Experience from recruiting tech candidates in other European countries is a huge plus
Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box” in finding candidates
Loves a challenge and having a growth mindset
Social and enjoys networking with new people
Passionate about providing a great candidate experience
Likes to be in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, oral and written, additional european language skills are a plus. Swedish is not a requirement.
