Product Manager - Queue and Matching

KRY is a digital healthcare service that enables patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. As the Product Manager for Queue & Matching you will be responsible for optimising the patient waiting time, and matching the right patient with the right clinician based on relevant parameters such as medical skill sets, patient preferences, system efficiency etc. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers which together will design, build and ship a unique product improving the experience for both patients and clinicians. You will be a member of KRY’s diverse and ambitious product team, consisting of Product owners, designers and health care professionals.

You are expected to gain and maintain a deep understanding of our patients, clinicians and business in order to prioritise work and make informed decisions.

What you will do:

  • Produce and prioritise the Queue & Matching product roadmap and backlog
  • Scope and plan releases of new features
  • Drive discoveries of new areas and features
  • Design and develop the experience of Queue & Matching globally
  • Manage stakeholder communication

Who are you:

  • Minimum 2 years of product management experience from a tech company or startup
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products solving complex problems
  • Deep technical understanding
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Sound experience from working in cross functional teams
  • A team player
