LIVI France is growing and we are looking for a service minded, socially skilled talent to support our French team, based in central Paris. You will need to believe in our mission in fast forwarding the future of healthcare. By joining a fast growing scale up, you will be part of building our company and learn by doing and grow in your role. You will be based in ourParis office but will have full support and work closely with our People Operations team, located in HQ Stockholm, Sweden.
In this role your main goal is to create an amazing employee, candidate and office experience for LIVI in France. You will manage the Paris office and make sure it is a great place to work, you will help arranging activities, events and meetings for the team and you will support and coordinate HR and recruitment activities.
Support hiring managers and Talent team throughout recruitment processes; source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, support with references and administration if needed, and make sure we provide a great candidate experience
Help talent team arranging and coordinating employer brand & recruitment activities
Coordinate travel if needed and coordinate and host visitors travelling to the Paris office
Act as a local point of contact on People/HR/office related matters, making sure global processes are glocal and Help People Operations team rolling out new processes, events in a way that suits the UK team
Make sure the Paris office is a great workplace, ensuring a smooth work environment equipped with the right office material needed and snacks
Arrange regular work and wellness activities what is needed for our team to perform and be at their best
Proactively identify resources or activities that will improve work life for our team
Be responsible for the Paris office reception, greeting visitors in a professional and secure way with a smile
Be first point of contact for everything office and facility related; landlord, IT support, suppliers, post services, deliveries etc.
Manage on and offboarding, coordinating work equipment purchases or handovers, meetings and travel if needed
Handle office equipment such as it services, laptops, printers, keys & larm, kitchen etc.
Support team with arranging internal meetings, travel and venue bookings etc.
Coordinate and support with external events; conferences, meetups,
+1 year experience from HR generalist/ staffing /recruiting role or
+1 year experience from office management/receptionist role
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Passionate about people; service oriented
Positive and solutions focused - nothing is impossible
Proactive and hands-on
Excellent communications skills
Have a strong sense of personal integrity and personal judgement
Self-motivated and directed; hungry to add impact and build LIVI with the best people
Tech savvy (we’re using mac, google suites and slack for communicating)
It is a plus if you
Are familiar with the tech community in the Paris, understanding an agile way of working and talking
Have worked in startups/scale ups
Fluent in English, verbal and written
