We're looking for anAccounting Operations Manager to join the finance team. In this role you willbe leading a team of accountants and working with accounts payablesand account receivablestogether with the dedicated finance team at Kry.You and your group will have a central role in the company, and work as an embedded part of various teams. Finance is exposed to a variety of challenges at a fast pace.
You will be based in our Stockholm office with hybrid working. Expect to have fun and learn new things every day!
OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU
Lead the accounting operations team and ensure high quality standards
Working both hands-on and having the overall responsibility for accounts payables, accounts receivables, bank transactions, employee expenses and accounting records
Support and participate in closing of books process
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting operations and surrounding processes
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS
Academic degree or similar in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
Background from accounting and a well-developed understanding of bookkeeping
Experienced in excel
Experience from leading a team
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, if you speak other languages it's a plus
You are a problem solver, takes initiatives to find solutions when problems occur
You are outgoing, meticulous and structured
