Marketing Manager

KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Founded and headquartered in Stockholm, we have offices in UK, France, and Norway.

We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Swedish marketing team. As a senior member of the marketing function, you will be responsible for strategy, planning and execution of integrated brand activations and marketing campaigns. Working both strategically and operationally, your mission will be to strengthen the KRY brand to make it the preferred choice for Swedish consumers and patients.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, brand loyalty and revenue growth
  • Brand strategy and management, including tracking and benchmarking of competitors to identify and anticipate market opportunities and threats
  • Channel strategy and executions across online and offline channels with budget control and ambitious performance targets
  • Support planning and execution of new product releases across our digital healthcare offering
  • Secure actionable audience insights and develop granular profiling and segmentation to enable marketing efficiency and brand loyalty
  • Secure strong ROMI and marketing performance across channels
  • Working closely with the Communications department, secure strong Consumer PR campaigns and activations
  • Manage agency relations - planning, briefing of internal and external agencies, and creative process from idea to implementation and ROI measurement

Who you are:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a B2C context
  • Marketing generalist with broad toolbox and deep expertise across key marketing disciplines; strong expertise in digital marketing a prerequisite
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and growth, in particular through digital channels
  • Experience in running brand and tactical campaigns from beginning to the end including always-on engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, well versed in quantitative and qualitative consumer and brand research
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns and tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills in Swedish and English
  • Excellent project management skills and proven track record of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, with ability to both influence stakeholders with disparate opinions and integrate these views into a aligned plans and executions
  • Passion for building a better healthcare for tomorrow

You will be based in our downtown Stockholm office with two hundred ambitious, passionate and fun colleagues. You will report to the Marketing Director.
