We are now looking for an outstanding Marketing Director to lead our Swedish marketing team to hit ambitious growth targets and build a strong healthcare brand. You are a strong and versatile marketing generalist with experience of delivering sustained growth in a B2C context. You embrace challenging growth targets while delivering against ambitious KPIs. You understand digital business models and how product-driven companies operate. You have a solid playbook for building strong consumer brands based on customer insights and creativity. You have a good touch for balancing short term growth priorities with longer term strategies to make KRY a trusted and loved consumer brand in Sweden.
Furthermore, you will build and lead the Swedish marketing team ensuring that it’s set up for success, delivers outstanding performance and effectively collaborates with internal/external stakeholders and partners.
You excel on a strategic and tactical level, diligently translating short and long term business objectives and priorities into tangible, high-impact actions. As an exceptional leader and operator, you are comfortable with change and a fast-moving culture, and you effectively prioritise and deliver your best, even under pressure.
What you’ll do:
Lead the marketing strategy in Sweden to meet ambitious marketing KPIs, growth targets and business goals on short and long term basis from both an acquisition and retention perspective
Roll-out the strategy across paid and owned channels; online/offline media, events/activations, ambassador and influencer relationships, and any other communications mechanisms that supports the brand
Working closely with our in-house creative team to execute an insights-driven strategy that positions KRY as the leading consumer healthcare brand in Sweden
Develop and manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve set targets and KPIs
Together with the Corporate Communications department, ensure consistent and “one voice” communications to all constituents and understand why and how we build brand equity and reputation with payers, policy-makers and other key stakeholders.
Design processes, workflows and collaboration between the marketing departments and other internal teams (Product, Business Development, Communications) around day to day operations, new product launches, etc.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in full stack marketing, preferably in e-commerce or another digital B2C business
Preferably experienced from working in a start-up to scale-up environment
Well-organised, structured approach to planning, budgeting and implementing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (brand, product marketing, performance marketing, etc.)
Leadership skills with proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of delivering sustained user growth while continuously improving marketing efficiency and ROI performance
A solid playbook for building and leading a strong and differentiated consumer brand with loyal and retained users over time
Strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to effectively present concepts, ideas and business plans to C-level audiences
Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with and inspiring cross-functional teams

You will be based in our downtown Stockholm office. The role sits on the Swedish management team and you will report to the Managing Director in Sweden. The current local marketing team consists of a Media Buyer, SEO Specialist and a Copywriter. To support you and your team we have a global marketing and brand team.
