IT Support Specialist

LIVI / KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

We are now looking for an IT Technician that will join us to build an even better and more complete healthcare experience. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to learn a lot about new and on-topic technologies and work closely with our Internal IT Team.

We think that you are in the beginning of your career and wants to grow with KRY. Furthermore we think you are a service-minded person who believes in giving excellent employee service and likes to share your IT knowledge with others.

What you will do:


  • Work with Internal IT throughout the whole company, supporting LIVI colleagues with IT matters and contributing to IT related projects
  • Make sure our IT equipment in the office is always up and running.
  • Support new colleagues with IT matters in their onboarding process
  • Help and support every LIVI colleague, both employees and clinicians, all around Europe, making sure their experience using the equipment and systems we provide is great and efficient
  • Use and support Identity and client configuration systems and help customizing them for each market  
  • Have a big impact on what we build and how we build it.

Who you are:


  • An IT Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Someone that loves helping people out. You are maybe the IT go-to person for your friends and family
  • Someone that can translate IT lingo into an easy to understand language
  • You are enthusiastic and a positive standout colleague
  • You have broad technical interest and experience with both Windows and Mac systems
  • You love Apple products and know how they work inside out but you are also familiar with Windows computers
  • You have some experience with Google Suite or have privately used Gmail, Google Drive or Google Docs
