Strategic Project Manager

Our headquarters are located in Stockholm but we’re expanding internationally, with live operations already in Norway, France and the UK.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and agile project manager to take responsibility for the continued fast growth of LIVI. You will play a pivotal role in establishing LIVI as a leading digital healthcare provider in France helping in both strategic planning and execution within the commercial team, with an initial focus on implementing partnerships.

The person we’re looking for has a project management background, is autonomous and an outstanding communicator. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done in a fast paced startup environment whilst also being capable of working at a strategic level.

In your role as strategic project manager you will have the opportunity to help build our commercial strategy, execute our operations and ensure that we have the most accurate positioning for LIVI, to serve both patients and doctors.

What you will do

Drive the implementation of strategic partnerships :

  • Contribute to partners mapping
  • Contribute to partnership hunting and negotiation
  • Lead and coordinate the partnerships implementation (product evolutions, internal stakeholders alignment e.g. legal, tech & product, medical, marketing, etc.)
  • Be a reliable contact point for the partner(s)

Execute our growth strategy by leading key initiatives in France

  • Support the senior roles in their transversal projects
  • Own and successfully implement growth projects
  • Structure, prioritise and organise tasks effectively
  • Base decisions on data and prior learnings

Effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders 

  • Display a proactive and effective while collaborative working style
  • Communicate across seniority levels with ease
  • Navigate between functions and be comfortable collaborating with peers
  • Potentially coordinate between local French teams and central Stockholm teams

Who you are:

  • Autonomous, organized self-starter with 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in an internationally growing company, entrepreneurial environment and/or management consulting
  • Pragmatic, driven problem-solver with experience in project management and ease at prioritizing effectively
  • Skilled communicator with outstanding relationship building capabilities with external partners and within the company
  • An analytical mind who believes in and applies data-driven decision-making
  • Fluent speaker of French and English (Swedish is not required)
  • You have a passion to change the way healthcare works! Knowledge of the French healthcare system is a strong plus 

You will report to the France Country Manager. You will be based in our fast-growing Paris office. Depending on projects, national and international travel (mainly to Stockholm) may be part of your role.
