We’re looking for organised and hardworking people to join our growing Medical Operations team in the UK team. You will work closely with our Medical Operations Managers, providing hands-on support to help scale our operations as we develop and scale a variety of innovative business models to provide digital healthcare to patients across the UK. The work will be arranged in shift patterns: a combination of early mornings, evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do
Support GPs in their day-to-day work helping them whenever they need
Always strive to make sure our GPs have the best experience working with LIVI
Make sure that the appointment schedule runs like clockwork
Ensure that we have enough GPs on hand to fulfil patient demand
Answer emails and calls from patients in an accurate and friendly manner
Quickly find resolutions to patient queries both on the phone and via email
Be the voice of the customer and feedback recurring problems to help make the patient experience first class
Efficiently and accurately process all prescriptions, sick note and referrals
Build relationships with our growing network of partner pharmacies
To problem solve and react in an agile fashion
Who you are
Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills: proficient in English, both spoken and written
Highly-organised with strong attention to detail
Able to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong initiative and problem-solving capability
An interest in the healthcare sector is preferred
When you’ll work
You will work an agreed combination of hours, within our opening times of:
9am-5pm Saturday & Sunday
