R&D

As a member of the R&D function, you will join a group of around 250 people working with tech, design, and product. R&D is using the latest technology and data insights to build and ship products far better than anything else in healthcare. We work at a fast pace with the aim to create high-quality,  end-user value every day. You will work within a team small enough for you to play an important role in shaping our way of working and building our teams, but big enough to really make an impact and innovate healthcare.

We are now looking for a new team member for our IT Expansion & Development team that will join us to build an even better and more complete healthcare experience. You will join and be part of our IT Team currently with 40 members. You will get the opportunity to learn a lot about new and on-topic technologies and work across all of our five markets in close cooperation with IT, Security and other parts of the company. We are searching for a service-minded person who believes in giving exceptional employee service and likes to share your knowledge with others.

OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU

  • You will build and develop our clinics and offices around Europe, both in collaboration with internal colleagues as well as external vendors.
  • You will, together with the team, implement improvements to be able to scale our offering efficiently
  • Act as an IT-partner to our clinics to deliver a great IT experience together with our internal IT Teams
  • Be part of project discussions, roadmap, requirements, design and implementations among our clinics to support the end user experienceIdentify workplace deficiencies across the organization and work on implementing global solutions where possible.
  • Occasional travels to our offices and clinics but otherwise can be fully remote

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

  • You have experience with leading technical projects from start to finish ideally within IT Operations and Digital Workplace.
  • Ideally you have experience with expansions and physical facilities (e.g opening offices, technically setting up a workplace, contracts etc.)
  • Ideally you have previous experience and a background within IT Support and IT Operations
  • Ideally you have previous experience and a background within IT Support and IT Operations
  • It is also beneficial to have some procurement and vendor experience (we have two internal procurement specialist though)
  • You are able to apply and advise on best-practices of technical equipment from a security perspective
  • You are comfortable and confident in talking to external vendors & communicating with stakeholders
  • You are comfortable in evaluating different technical solutions and negotiating the best offer.

    It is not essential to have all these skills, but an attitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key.
