OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU

We’re looking for HR system interns to join Kry / Livis’s 12-13 weeks paid internship program and become a part of our Compensation & Benefits team!

We believe in the people as the foundation for success. So, as a member of the People & Culture team, you’ll focus on attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining the best employees. With our company values at heart, we support our people to reach their full potential. The People & Culture team are a bunch of talented individuals working across different business areas, including Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, People & Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Record and administrate the employment contract process and ensure data alignment in our HR IT Systems.
  • Proactively approach managers and employees to collect missing information and respond to queries from related to contractual questions
  • Research areas of process improvement, electronic document storage and attempt to eliminate the need for manual processing
  • Working on an intern project that we will scope together with you based on your interest and team priorities.

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

  • You’re studying for your bachelor degree within HR, business or engineering and plan to graduate in June 2022 or later.
  • You have an interest in HR and an exceptional attention to details and strongly organized with the ability to work in a structured and efficient manner
  • Strong customer service mindset to support our amazing colleagues
  • A collaborative style, with a passion for change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritize activities and seek support from colleagues when needed

The summer internship experience:

This is an opportunity for you to become a valued member in one of our teams over the summer. You’ll be making a real and meaningful impact on how we build better and more accessible healthcare while being coached and mentored by our knowledgeable managers and team members.

The program will be packed with opportunities for you to connect and engage with the intern class through social activities and learning sessions. When the summer comes to an end there could be an opportunity for you to join us full-time, part-time or conduct your thesis with us.

During the internship program you can choose to work from one of our beautiful offices as your primary base or delivering your work from the comfort of your own home. We won’t be able to support you with visa sponsorship or relocation but we have the opportunity to hire candidates that are based in and are authorized to work in France, Germany, Sweden, Romania or the UK.
