About the role:

This is a parental leave cover for 11 months, with a potential possibility for an extension as we’re a fast-growing company. As Web Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Kry.se website and making sure we cater to a great experience for our visitors. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and colleagues within the organization to identify and leverage on growth opportunities and deliver the best possible website experience. 

The role is part of Sweden’s Commercial team. You will manage a budget, team of 3 and report to the Commercial Director. 

To thrive in this role you must have a desire to educate, delight and provide service to our website visitors and ultimately convert them to loyal Kry patients. And you have the combination of a creative, commercial and analytical mindset.

OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU

  • Be responsible for implementing the overall website strategy based on our specific goals and objectives. 
  • Have the overall responsibility for organic growth and content management on kry.se
  • Develop, manage and coordinate our patient offering on web 
  • Drive and prioritise website development roadmap with various business stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyse and report on site performance metrics 
  • Initiate and manage conversion improvements (CRO and A/B-test plan)
  • Be a user of the CMS. 

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

  • You are a strategic thinker and operational doer with a can-do-attitude. 
  • Minimum 4 years experience working as a Web Manager or similar capacity
  • You have experience from leading teams and known to be a communicative leader
  • A good team player - you enjoy collaboration across various disciplines in an organisation such as developers, designers and business owners. 
  • Solid experience in Google Analytics 
  • You're a multitasker with an eye for detail and you are user centric in your execution. 
  • Solid understanding of what types of content that resonates with audiences, creates engagement and action. 
  • Experience in CMS such as Contentful 
  • Search engine optimization skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Work extent: This role is a full-time, parental leave contract.
    • Starting date: February 2022.
    • Duration: 11 months (with a potential possibility for an extension as we’re a fast-growing company).

It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key.
