We are building our newest and most ambitious product yet. We have a big vision for our new Business Unit, SaaS, where you will work alongside a world-class team of cross-functional experts to make this our most successful product to date.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead SaaS Business Developer to join us. Focussed on our Italian market, you will be responsible for owning the targets for our Partnerships and Enterprise deals, working alongside our Head of SaaS Sales to set the strategy of how to reach our commercial goals for both our SMB and Enterprise SaaS products, as well as ensuring the successful execution of this.

We are looking for a professional who can deeply understand the customer and is able to work effectively and strategically with cross functional teams including product/tech and marketing to ensure we hit our commercial goals. You enjoy challenging problems, steep learning curves and love to roll up your sleeves to hustle together with like-minded peers.

  • Help to set, drive and execute our Italian market Channel Partnership and Enterprise sales strategy.
  • Build long standing, successful relationships with relevant Partners (for example: clinics, corporate businesses, insurers etc.)
  • Successfully manage the entire sales life cycle from initial outreach, to the final negotiations and close, as well as the after-sales care and account management responsibilities.
  • Successfully strategise and execute outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Empower your team through coaching, mentoring and creating opportunities for them to develop and grow.



  • You are fluent in both Italian and English. (This is an essential requirement)
  • You have demonstrable SaaS sales experience with both SMB and Enterprise customers, as well as B2B channel partners. (Including working against and achieving ambitious sales targets). 
  •  You’re someone who can confidently and consistently build, manage and maintain a pipeline throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  •  You have the ability to effectively nurture relationships into long standing, successful Partnerships.
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative, multi-disciplinary environment.


It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key.
