We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing professional to take responsibility for the continued fast growth of LIVI. You will play a pivotal role in establishing LIVI’s voice as a leading digital healthcare provider in France helping in both strategic planning and execution across all supports used by our patients. The person we’re looking for has broad marketing experience within both digital as well as offline marketing. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done in a fast paced startup environment whilst also being capable of working at a strategic level.
In your role as Retention Manager FR, you will have the opportunity to help build a better patient journey, and ensure that we have a strong Patient Relationship Management strategy across both product and marketing.
Design CRM / Patient Retention strategy & launch and ensure its delivery across all pertinent channels.
Deliver impactful content for owned channels : mails, push, posts, support scripts, etc. to ensure engagement & retention.
Identify and implement new relationship management tools to our patient journey.
Establish and monitor key metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continually optimise to maximise results.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product and operations teams to ensure alignment in marketing and communications activities.

You will be an integral part of the FR team based in Paris, reporting to the FR Marketing Director, and work closely with the central marketing team based in our Stockholm HQ.
Who are you?
1-3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Passionate about our mission to fast forward the future of healthcare.
Data driven with a proven track record of delivering and measuring successful campaigns.
Strong knowledge of the FR consumer market.
Excellent project management and collaboration skills including ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced startup or digital-first environment.
Prefer to operate in an environment with multiple unknowns.
Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
