As a member of the R&D function, you will join a group of around 250 people working with tech, design, and product. R&D is using the latest technology and data insights to build and ship products far better than anything else in healthcare. We work at a fast pace with the aim to create high-quality, end-user value every day. You will work within a team small enough for you to play an important role in shaping our way of working and building our teams, but big enough to really make an impact and innovate healthcare.
OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU
As a member of the Kry IT team, you will drive the products and services for our IT Service Desk team. You will work with a team of technicians and engineers and help them deliver on the IT Service Desk’s mission:

You are expected to gain a deep understanding of our tech stack as well as our company teams strengths and weaknesses in order to prioritise work and make informed decisions.
- Plan large projects by mapping out expected value, cost and risks through data-driven approaches.
- Work with our customers to understand their needs and feedback.
- Involve stakeholders to piece together and manage priorities within the company.
- Work with teams through the empowering leadership behaviors of collaboration, context giving, and feedback.
- Manage cross-departmental IT projects.
- Provide product and service strategy with agile practices using workshops and brainstorming sessions.
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS
- Diverse experience from managing ITSM-organizations, driving related initiatives & projects
- Preferably experience from scale-up companies in combination with other experiences, bonus but not a must.
- Knowledge about and experience from ITSM processes; service requests, incident, problem and change and an ability to apply agile way of workings.
- Previous experience within IT Support and or Customer Support is beneficial
- Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak fluently to engineers, business colleagues and healthcare professionals/clinicians.
It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don’t know is key.
