KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.
What are the attitudes towards digital health in Belgium? We are now looking to expand our Analytics team with a User Researcher who will ask the right questions to the right people, building our way of working with user research. Our number one value is patient first, which is why this role is essential for us to understand our patients across all our markets. You will work with qualitative methods to gain a deep understanding of healthcare and our patients around Europe.
In this role you will work closely with our marketing team as well as our product team, providing the user perspective both before and after launching new products or markets. Since this is a new role in our highly skilled analytics team your mission is to find methods and processes for how KRY will work with user research, both now and in the future.
What you'll do
Overall responsibility for building our user research function
Collect and interpret qualitative data through interviews and observations
Supporting our Product and Marketing teams with analysis on our existing and potential user’s attitudes and behaviours
Work both pre and post launch across all our markets and products
Identify and define areas of interest for KRY to gain a deep user perspectiv
Who you are
+ 3 years of experience in the field of user research
You have a Master or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent
Excellent interviewing and observation skills
Experience from working closely to UX designers
You are an analytical person who can easily identify patterns and draw conclusions based on qualitative data
You are a great teammate who communicates well with both internal and external stakeholders
You are curious to learn more about human behaviour and attitudes
