We’re now looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent who will report directly to the Customer Success Manager and become a core member of the German Support team. Earliest starting date is CW 33.


What you’ll do

  • Responsible for contact with patients that have non-medical questions and/or problems before or after their meeting
  • Be the first point of contact for our clinicians and make sure questions will get resolved quickly
  • Handle requests via different channels such as mail, phone or chat
  • Administrative tasks within the framework of the patient and clinician journeys
  • Participate in workshops and operational invites that involve the support work
  • Support operational initiatives


What you'll bring

  • Fluent (B2) in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Service-minded people-person with great social skills
  • Team player that works structured and independently
  • You are patient, can listen actively and communicate effectively
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Can adapt quickly to new working conditions or requirements
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector is a plus, interest in the healthcare sector is essential
  • Experienced in using customer service software (e.g. Zendesk) and other relevant tools is a plus
  • Flexibility in terms of working days and shifts
  • Residence in Germany, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, France, Romania, Poland, Finland or Ireland
