As a member of the R&D function, you will be joining a group of around 250 people working with tech, design, and product. R&D is using the latest technology and data insights to build and ship products far better than anything else in healthcare. For this role we are primarily looking for a person located in the Stockholm area. The purpose of this role is to grow, support and develop our Security and Compliance team. 

For this EM-role we are not necessarily looking for a Security Manager or Senior Security Expert, but a person with the ability and skills to coach and grow our security specialists. 

Team Security and Compliance is part of our RnD organization and currently consists of two teams; Compliance/Information Security and IT-Security. 

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth of the Security/Compliance domain with the vision of creating best-in-class safety and security to protect our patients. You will have support from and collaborate with other technical leaders in the team and collaboration with other EMs and Areas. Our Security Manager Hanna will be your manager.

What you will do:

  • Manage and develop our security engineers through coaching and mentoring, helping them advance in their careers
  • Guide the teams in continuous improvement, team dynamics, successful execution, and technical excellence 
  • Partner with the product managers to deliver on commitments and targets
  • Work across R&D and the rest Kry/Livi to improve ways of working, security and compliance practices, and technology
  • Work with the recruiting team to attract, onboard, and retain diverse top talent
  • Foster a culture based on our values.
