We are looking for a new IT Support Specialist to join our growing Clinical IT Operations team. 3+ years of work experience in IT and end-user tech support are required, or equivalent, as well as experience with supporting healthcare systems and medical records. 

In this role you will:

  • Apply your IT wisdom and experience to the Support operation. 3+ years of IT and end-support experience will be optimal for this role.
  • Support on-site and remote clinical colleagues  with hardware and software problems, requests and training. 
  • Troubleshoot, document and escalate on-site and remote issues with Windows computers, Android and iOS mobile devices, diverse software/apps, meeting room devices, printers, AV equipment and other IT related  technologies.
  • Administrate and maintain modern SaaS applications such as Office 365, Slack and Active Directory.
  • Support and troubleshoot healthcare systems and medical records.
  • Handle diverse support requests from all of our five markets, through our ticketing system (we use Zendesk) and some in person.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the team’s growth and efficiency by assisting in projects with global impact.
  • Identify systematic issues and repetitive tasks, automate and set effective processes to make everyone's life easier.
  • Establish healthy and productive relations with IT vendors and suppliers.
  • Travel to other Kry offices around Europe and Kry Clinics in Sweden when required.
