Kry is looking for a strong Global PR manager to join our Global Communications team. In this role you will be in charge of planning and implementing tactical communications activities targeting Kry´s global stakeholders, such as international media, decision makers, business partners and opinion leaders within the European/global healthcare community as well as the broader public. You will be tasked with shaping the perception and reputation of Kry / Livi and our category through effective storytelling & stakeholder education – primarily using our owned and earned channels. 

You have a great understanding of the media landscape and know how to curate and deliver authentic and compelling news and stories, and build narratives around Kry/Livi and our contributions and services. You will also take on the role of an editor by knowing what is not a story and be confident to push back with a considered rationale. 

You thrive in a fast-moving environment and take initiatives and lead on tasks. You have a proven track record of developing effective corporate communications plans and/or PR plans and executing them with speed and precision. You can see the big picture and love rolling up your sleeves coordinating communication initiatives across several different markets, lead projects, write briefs, articles and opinion pieces, craft press releases, contacting external stakeholders and train and support global spokespeople in delivering company messages. 

You will report into the Global Head of Communications and be part of a small but growing team working together to enhance the brand appearance globally.  

You are a team player and will work on your own initiatives and/or alongside our different markets and functions. You are great at building strong relationships and can navigate among different stakeholders and interests to find a way through without compromising on our core; we put the patient first. 

What you’ll do

  • Research and packaging of stories, news & content 
  • PR plans and monitoring media landscape to see where Kry/Livis's contribution can fit in 
  • Responsible for Kry/Livi news announcements, including writing, distributing and pitching news 
  • Responsible for incoming media requests and to prepare appropriate responses, facilitate interviews and prepare spokespeople before public engagements 
  • Responsible for the global event engagement calendar (global spokespeople engagement) 
  • Draft messages, scripts and support for global spokespeople 
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings with key stakeholder groups. 
  • Manage and work together with international PR agencies and consultants 
  • Plan and execute proactive communication activities for our owned and earned channels. 
  • Ensure timely and consistent execution of multiple, simultaneous project plans and schedules, working cross-functional with different teams. 
  • Align and coordinate consistency in communications strategies and tactics across our five different markets 
  • Contribute to and oversee communication content production and distribution through mostly owned and earned channels. 
  • Ensure that the foundations to our corporate communications are kept up-to-date according to industry and policy developments. 
  • Handle corporate and consumer social media channels when needed. 

Who you are

  • Proven work experience in public relations/communications and media relations required with experience in the healthcare/ health tech sector preferred. 
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at both national and international level. 
  • Knowledge and experience from working with international media and journalists 
  • Strong knowledge of how to use owned and earned channels to proactively drive and shape our narrative
  • Fluent, preferably native, in English with exceptional writing and editing skills in English. 
  • Can handle a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change 
  • Good understanding of, or large interest in, Kry/Livis's target audience and stakeholders as well as the different European healthcare systems 
  • Collaborative and eager to build strong relationships both internally and externally 
  • Excellent communication skills with a broad understanding of the whole communications & marketing spectrum 
  • Able to prioritize and plan effectively 
  • Able to do internal advisory 
  • Eager to learn new things 
  • Work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to end
