Communications Specialist

Kry is looking for a strong Communications Specialist to join our Communications team in Stockholm. In this role you will be in charge of planning and implementing tactical communications activities targeting a range of stakeholders, such as decision makers and opinion leaders within the Swedish healthcare community as well as the broader public. You will be tasked with shaping the perception and reputation of Kry and our category through effective stakeholder education – primarily using our owned and earned channels. 

You have a proven track record of developing effective corporate communications plans and executing them with speed and precision. You can see the big picture and love rolling up your sleeves organizing stakeholder events, writing articles and opinion pieces, contacting external stakeholders and coordinating projects. You thrive in a fast-moving environment under high media scrutiny and love to take on the challenge of taking Krys corporate reputation in Sweden to the next level. 

You will report into the Communications Manager and be part of the Marketing and Communications department – all working together as a team to reach our goals and move the needle for Kry. You will also work collaboratively with many other functions in the business. 

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute proactive communication activities for our owned and earned channels, targeted at decision makers and the general public. 
• Ensure timely and consistent execution of multiple, simultaneous project plans and schedules, working with cross‐functional teams. 
• Contribute to and oversee communication content production and distribution through mostly owned and earned channels. 
• Ensure that the foundations to our corporate communications are kept up-to-date according to industry and policy developments. 
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings with key stakeholder groups.
• Handle corporate and consumer social media channels when needed. 

Who you are

• You have 4-5 years experience of working with corporate communication projects. Some press experience is beneficial for this role.  
• You have a strong knowledge of how to use owned and earned channels to proactively drive and change our narrative. 
• You are an excellent writer, both in Swedish and in English
• You are a sharp thinker and fast-learner with an action oriented mindset and a drive to make things happen. 
• You have the ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment. 
• You are collaborative and great at building strong relationships both internally and externally. 
• You have great attention to detail. 
• You are courageous and passionately determined to reach set goals.
