Product Manager - Norway Market

Kry is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. As a Product Manager in the Norway Market Team, you will be responsible for the Norwegian products. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and data scientists which together will design, build and ship an amazing product experience – far better than anything else in healthcare. You are expected to gain a deep understanding of our users and our business in order to prioritize work and make informed decisions. You will also be working closely with the rest of the amazing country team in Norway. 

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team of business stakeholders to define and drive product strategy for patient and clinician acquisition.
• Contribute to a product roadmap that accomplishes both market and patient/clinician goals and aligns with the team charter and tenets.
• Align product strategy with R&D roadmaps.
• Communicate and present growth strategy needs to engineers, designers and business teams.
• Perform analysis and market insights about competitor landscape.
• Build and Collect early customer feedback to inform product iteration.
• Continuously stack-rank growth initiatives to maximise patient/clinician benefit with company's growth ambitions.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and data scientists.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience from a tech company or startup.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that users love.
• Hands-on experience as a product owner for a cross functional team doing agile software development and product discovery.
• A passion for good design and a strive to always delivering a great experience for users.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong technical understanding.
• Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak fluently to engineers, designers, business people and healthcare professionals.
• A team player.

The office is located in Oslo, close to Jernbanetorget. You will report to the Product Area Lead for Markets.
