The mission for the Head of People Development is to manage the Global Centre of Excellence team; People Development, consisting of People Partners, Learning & Development Partner and People Support and build strong capabilities that deliver on the people/business strategy.

The Director of People Development will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of development programs resulting in an amazing employee experience that accelerates performance, drives employee engagement and thus business results. As Manager of the People Development team the role will enable and coach the team members  to act and develop as strategic partners to the business areas and leaders as well as employees and to challenge and innovate across borders as one strategic team.

The role sits in the People Team and reports to the Chief HR Officer and will be a member and work closely with members of the global people lead team, for now consisting of Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Compensation & Benefits. 


What you will do:

Manage People Development team

  • Manage, coach  and develop the team, today consisting of People Business Partners,  L&D partner and People & Office Coordinator.
  • Facilitate learning and collaboration amongst people partners, building scalable processes and resources and ways of working 
  • Build out L&D function as company scales 

Act as Senior Business Partner and leadership coach 

  • Act as Senior Business Partner to Management Team, supporting CHRO and helping CXOs and SVPs with executive leadership coaching.

Own learning & development and performance

  • Proactively identify and work on organisational design as the company grows
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement talent management strategies; ; goal setting, performance assessment, performance development
  • Design and build  leadership development programs for the organization, internal as well as external
  • Design and ensure the successful delivery of focused development for soft skills and onboarding
  • Act as trusted advisor to CHRO and management team and as a thought leader in the people development, leadership and organisational development areas,  staying ahead of research and insights and exploring and sharing best practices and key findings beneficial for Kry Livi. 

Expert in organisational development 

  • Drive business success through organizational development strategies
  • Act as thought leader in organisational development

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business, human resources, organizational development, psychology)
  • 15+ years of progressive HR talent development leadership experience 
  • Experience working in international HR context for scaling companies where of 5 + years in HR Manager, Lead or Sr Business Partner position
  • Subject matter expertise in Leadership, Performance Management, Organizational & Career Development, being seen as a thought leader also externally within these areas
  • Proven track record of translating business strategies into people development initiatives and designing and implementing such initiatives in an organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive organizational change initiatives from assessment through implementation with the ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change
  • Ability to analyze information to creatively solve problems, lead change and drive execution and results
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills in English. Swedish language skills is not required.
  • A dedication to being creative and process driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • A curious, open and reflective  growth mindset

  • Certified coach
