Internal Communications Associate - Temporary Position (12 months) - Stockholm or London

We are looking for a talented Internal communications associate who will play a key role in developing our internal strategy and creating opportunities to share our vision and lead the national debate on digital healthcare.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Employee Engagement plan for the year and execute all deliverables
  • Create and edit compelling content that brings our story to life and encourages engagement, education, and interaction
  • Provide employee engagement and internal communications counsel to support stakeholders across the business
  • Manage internal communications channels, including intranet 
  • Create and manage an ongoing calendar of internal events, liaising with executives on timing, themes, and content
  • Support pan European team members to incorporate internal communication elements when campaign planning
  • Collaborate with global communications team on planning and to share ideas
  • Ensure the calendar of events is up to date and shared with appropriate parties
  • Ensure reporting of metrics and measurement is thorough, timely and understandable
  • Recommend internal communications and messaging ideas to communications teams and business owners 

Who you are :

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in managing, developing, and owning internal channels.
  • Great attention to detail and accurate written skills and highly organized
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborative and eager to build strong and trustworthy relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively and can adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment

The role will be based at our vibrant and social Stockholm or London offices with remote working currently in place during the pandemic. Our global headquarters are based in Stockholm but we also have international offices across Europe in France, Germany, and Norway.
