We’re growing quickly and are looking for an analytical and entrepreneurial mind to help us expand throughout the UK. You will play a pivotal role in building KRY into the UK’s leading digital healthcare provider by helping to identify, analyse and execute on different commercial business models. You will be able to think strategically about complex problems, find pragmatic commercial solutions and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement them. This is a varied role requiring the ability to apply problem-solving and analytical rigour alongside project and stakeholder management skills. A strong entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude are essential to be successful in this role.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing KRY in the UK and there will of course be many opportunities for your role to go beyond business development, and into other key strategic aspects of the company.
Work closely with the Country Manager to identify and implement scalable business models for the UK
Conduct research and analysis to find new innovative solutions and improvements that balance pragmatism and a high degree of commercial acumen
Take responsibility for implementing newly identified commercial opportunities, such as partnerships
Be a core member of the UK Team
Run cross functional strategic projects from start to finish
Engage internal stakeholders to meet partner needs, e.g. our central Commercial and Product organizations in Stockholm HQ
2-3+ years of work experience, preferably in a leading consulting company, a bank or in a business development role
Analytical working style with ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of information within little time
Excellent communication skills in writing and speech to effectively communicate about findings (e.g. with senior management)
Strong project management skills to be able to implement projects requiring managing both internal and external stakeholders
Willing and eager to roll up your sleeves
Organized, entrepreneurial self-starter – you quickly identify what needs to get done, prioritize and focus on execution
Thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple unknowns
Insights into and knowledge of the UK health system a benefit but not essential
Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided across Europe, and particularly in the UK, while putting the patient first
Fluent in both written and oral English
You will report to the Country Manager UK and will be based in our office in central London.
